Phoenix TM Dataloggers and Thermal Barriers
Description
Dataloggers: PhoenixTM dataloggers are designed for use in demanding industrial environments. The electronics are protected by a robust, water-resistant aluminum housing. The design incorporates signal noise reduction and cold junction compensation to ensure accurate and reliable data. They can be offered with an RF telemetry option to transmit temperature data from inside the oven, enabling real-time data analysis. This allows for instant processing decisions, saving time and energy, and potentially reducing rejects. For convenience and future reference, a copy of the original calibration certificate and calibration data are stored in the data logger and can be accessed when needed.
Thermal barriers:
PhoenixTM develops thermal barriers for specific applications. For example, coating processes require thermal barriers to be free of all traces of silicone. In the heat treatment industry, where thermal barriers are subject to high heating and cooling rates, the primary consideration is minimizing thermal barrier distortion. In other processes, such as heat treating aluminum wheels, thermal barriers must withstand full immersion in high-temperature water. In applications such as gas-sealed carburizing, PhoenixTM has developed a unique thermal barrier that allows the system design to safely pass not only through the furnace but also through integrated oil quenching, enabling monitoring of the entire heat treatment process.

Portable visual camera for furnace inspection
Description

Pyroinc
Description
Special and very robust infrared cameras that are used for the measurement of high temperatures between 400 °C and 1800 °C.The PYROINC cameras have a motorfocus borescope lens with protection window. The camera and the borescope lens are installed in a watercooled stainless steel probe cooling jacket. The camera version PYROINC endoscope have a probe cooling jacket with a very small diameter. They can be cooled with air and water.

Description
Measure for the energy status of the water in a system, specifies the relationship between the water vapor pressure of a product and the saturation pressure of pure water at the same temperature.
It is stated in “aw” in the range 0…1 aw and is an important indicator for product quality in the industrial production of, for example, plastics.
